The Greyson Group Management Company was formed as an LLC to perform management services for business entities. The founder of The Greyson Group has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors for many years. In that time, experience revealed that non-profits are passionate about their mission and services they provide, but were not as adept with running the necessary functions that are required to keep a business solvent. The Greyson Group set out to assist non-profits with an assortment of services that enabled them to focus on their mission. Over time, The Greyson Group discovered that the need to assist with day-to-day business operations was not limited to just the non-profit sector. In fact, many small businesses and start-ups need help to guide them through these required obstacles as well. Thus, we expanded to include businesses in the for-profit sector.

Most of our competitors are consultants with a blueprint for how the ideal business should be run. Many times that blueprint is forced on to other businesses, even though the goals and requirements of the businesses may be different. The Greyson Group understands that each business does not need the same level of assistance, which is why our services may be tailored to the specific needs of the business we serve.

  • A management company is whatever you as the business owner wants it to be. We at The Greyson Group look at our role as a guiding light for your back office needs so you can focus on growing your business. We can do as little or as much as you would like; from consulting on your systems to helping in day-to-day operations. Our goal is to help your business be successful.

  • Whether you are a small start-up or an established organization, a management company can help control costs and streamline best practices for your business.

  • NO! We work under the direction of the Board of Directors and/or Director of the business. Nothing can or will be done without your business' approval.

  • ANYTHING your business needs to function more effectively. We offer technical advice or consultations, perform back office functions (accounting, human resources and compliance) or introduce you to individuals who perform specialty third party services such as insurance or IT solutions. The only thing we do not do is run your business. You are the expert in that arena.

  • This is a question we often get and one that has no generic answer. The amount we charge depends on your business' needs, size (employees, payroll and revenue) or the services you select for The Greyson Group to provide. Different states have different reporting systems and that also plays into the cost. Contact us so we can give you an accurate price.

  • The Greyson Group is willing to individualize all services provided and will draft short or long term agreements of any size. Perhaps you have a big project coming up and only want help with that. We will sign a contract until that project is done or based on a specific date. You may also have ongoing payroll or consultation services you want from The Greyson Group. We can discuss period sensitive contracts of any amount of time.

  • No contract with The Greyson Group is the same. We customize our services to fit your business' needs. If you want to work with us for a month or years that is up to you. Decided you want to make changes to the length of the contract already in place? No problem, we understand how markets change so we are flexible to fit your needs.

  • As stated above, The Greyson Group works for the Board of Directors and/or the Director of the business. We will leave it to the discretion of these individuals to decide if The Greyson Group speaks to your staff, either in the form of training, payroll or about their benefits. We customize it to your business.
